Location: Adelphi Plaza, 2nd Floor, Georges Street Upper, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin

Reporting into: Inside Sales Manager



  • Lead Management and distribution to the Sales Teams
  • Management of all leads that come via Sales inbox or through Automated system
  • Engagement with all BOI branches in relation to leads sent in and provide feedback where necessary
  • Communicate with all branches on lead quality if necessary and disqualification of leads
  • Distribute bank leads in a timely manner to the relevant Sales rep
  • Ensure deadlines are met for lead reporting
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales manager, feeding back any lead quality issues that need to be reported on a higher level to the Bank
  • Manage all Sales leads coming through the website ensuring they are distributed to relevant sales rep and followed up
  • Provide weekly reports to the Sales Management team on lead distribution, and lead source reporting across all lead sources
  • Actively manage the KYC inbox to ensure conversion of Sales submissions to approval is maintained at the highest possible level
  • Engage daily with the QGEN team answering all KYC queries in a timely manner
  • Ensure Approval by Exception process is adhered to at all times and engage with Head of Operations in these instances for sign off
  • Engage on a daily basis with the Sales force, helping to get applications over the line i.e. sourcing additional documentation
  • Manage the Bank Contact Report and update the Sales Management team weekly
