For our customers and their customers, we are the link between the parties involved in almost any type of payment transaction.  We ensure that any payment is secure and properly applied and settled for each transaction.  EVO offers end to end support from installing the point of sale device to enable secure electronic payments at a merchant, providing software solutions to enable ecommerce and then troubleshooting and resolving issues that may occur from time to time for our customers.

We are currently recruiting a number of Partner Account Executives to join our expanding team within BOIPA, Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin.

Role Purpose

The Partner Account Executive will be responsible for delivery of sales through our affiliate, lead referral and eCommerce partners. You will be assigned a defined list of partners and you will have responsibility for managing them on a day to day basis, ensuring that all opportunities are fully investigated and converted to sales where possible.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly target for new sales coming exclusively from BOIPA Partners
  • Manage conversion of inbound leads from members of partner organisations
  • Embed yourself within the member organisation so that you become the go to person for BOIPA / payments enquiries.
  • Maintain a consistent level of sales activity in line with KPI’s as set out by your line manager.
  • Spot opportunities for new BOIPA partners and make initial approach where appropriate.
  • Assist with reporting and administration as requested by your line manager.
  • Assist with commercial proposals to new partners
  • Assist with reporting on inbound referral activity
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reviews for partners
  • Liaise with partners and BOIPA marketing on sector campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth on boarding and problem resolution for customers.
  • Adhere to all internal business processes required for the submitting and on boarding of sales in a compliant manner.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in B2B sales is highly advantageous, however if the right candidate is starting out in their sales career they will be considered without B2B sales experience.
  • Highly effective at building relationships and then managing those relationships to produce a strong flow of warm leads / sales.
  • Must be target driven and have the ability to excel in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders in partner organisations.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.

About the role

  • This is a targeted sales role with account management responsibilities.
  • Office based role but there will be occasional off site meetings.
  • A good knowledge of excel and PowerPoint would be an advantage.
  • Extensive training & coaching will be provided and you will be encouraged and enabled to develop professionally.
