Even as we rapidly grow as a company, our customers remain at the heart of everything we do. Our operations team play an important role in ensuring that every customer is given the best level of service and that their entire experience with BOIPA, from setting up to making their 100th transaction runs smoothly.


The operations team are a dedicated and positive bunch who work tirelessly to help out our customers and other staff members.


Operations is the largest department in BOIPA and with our plans for further expansion it doesn’t look like it is going to stop growing any time soon. if you are looking for a challenging but exciting role, working with a great team of people then apply for a role in our operations team.


The Operations department is split into 4 separate areas; Customer Support, Deployment, Risk and Support.

Customer Support

Customer Support is made up of the Tech Team, the Admin Team and the Support Team. Their jobs are to ensure that any customer queries are dealt with properly.


Deployment Team 

The Deployment Team is made up of a Field engineers who travel around the country conducting terminal installations and training customers and the in house deployment team who manage the movement and the delivery of terminals to customers on time.



Our team of Risk analysts work to ensure that every customer sign up is processed correctly and safely. 



The Compliance team look after anything and everything to do with the main banking authorities in Ireland, the UK and Germany

Responsible for handling inbound customer calls and queries through to resolution with focus on first-time resolve.
