For our customers and their customers, we are the link between the parties involved in almost any type of payment transaction.  We ensure that any payment is secure and properly applied and settled for each transaction.  EVO offers end to end support from installing the point of sale device to enable secure electronic payments at a merchant, providing software solutions to enable eCommerce and then troubleshooting and resolving issues that may occur from time to time for our customers.

We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our expanding team based in our office in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin. This role reports to the HR Director. This role would suit a strong generalist looking to take the next step in their career.

 

Main Duties:

  • Overall responsibility for the effective delivery of the recruitment and selection process for Ireland and UK.
  • Evaluation of training and development requirements and implementation of the same.
  • Policy development and documentation.
  • Employee Relations management/ resolution of grievance and disciplinary issues in line with company policy.
  • Provides HR solutions, which will support the attainment of the business/strategic objectives.
  • Communication to clients, both internally and externally, regarding many different issues which directly effect employees and the business overall.
  • Ensure maintenance of all necessary documentation, records and files to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
  • Ensure administration of HR department is accurate and efficient to deliver desired results.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with fellow HR team members.
  • Collaborates on key initiatives, projects, and partners to assist in development of HR organisational programs.
  • Work with HR team to deliver short and long term HR strategy.
  • Assisting the HR Director with information requests from internal customers when required.
  • Assisting in any changes to employment terms.
  • Delivery of accurate and timely information for payroll.
  • Monthly absence, turnover, headcount reports.
  • Ad hoc projects as requested

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5 years HR Generalist and recruiting experience
  • Relevant CIPD qualification
  • Strong knowledge of Irish & UK employment law
  • Previous industrial relations experience
  • Payroll experience desirable
