HR Co-ordinator

This is a unique opportunity for an expert HR Coordinator to join EVO Payments International, a global payments Company based in Dun Laoghaire. The ideal candidate will play a key part of the HR Shared Service team working towards achieving the organisation goals and improve HR practices for the UK and Ireland.

The Role:

  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and requests and provide support.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related information and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Assist with the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing interviews and background checks, issuing employment contracts etc.
  • Be responsible for the probationary period process, ‘stay’ interviews and exit interview process.
  • Collaborate with supervisors in performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Facilitate employee on-boarding, inductions, performance reviews and update records with new hires..
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as required
  • Support and coordinate employee engagment activities
  • Maintain HR intranet page.
  • Maintaining knowledge of current employment laws.
  • Support other functions as assigned.

The person:

  • A HR qualification or working towards one which is accredited by CIPD
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR Coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in Data Management with ability to handle data with confidentiality and be prepared to review data collation in line with GDPR
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Consistency in meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people
  • Eager to learn and develop

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent PC Skills to include MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Highly organized and detail orientated with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of people
  • Effective communication skills, in order to deal tactfully and sensitively with people across all levels
